The manager of the establishment has access to an administration interface, secured with login and password, made up of 2 modules:

1. Setting and configuration of the establishment (reserved for the webmaster / web agency)

Daily management of reservations

General principle: For the daily management, the hotel manager accesses the planning chart that allows him to quickly visualize the activity of its establishment.
He switches to List mode to access to records to be processed. All correspondence with the client is based on the server and does not require the use of an e.mail server. With each new message posted by the owner on the client's file, the customer receives an alert email asking to connect to the site (customer area) to read the message. Messages are archived in the form of (fil courrier ?) and are readable in chronological order.

    • the status of each reservation file is symbolized by a color:
      • Yellow: on option
      • Green confirmed booking
      • Blue archived file
    • reservation files can be created from planning chart for clients who have not gone through the web site
